Core Facility
The Center for Common Use "Genomics" offers a wide range of research work related to the determination of nucleotide sequences: from standard Sanger sequencing to high-throughput sequencing (Next Generation Sequencing)
Analysis with the capillary sequencers
- Sanger sequencing;
- DNA fragments size analysis

- PCR fragments extraction and purification;
- DNA and RNA bioanalysis with a Bioanalyzer 2100
High-througthput sequencing
- De novo sequencing and resequencing bacterial and viral genomes;
- Human or other high species genomes resequencing;
- Transcriptome sequencing;
- Metagenome sequencing;
- Amplicon sequencing (16S, ITS, 18S, COI etc)
